Great customer service, along with a beautiful arrangement of flowers makes for a great experience. I had the flowers set up for delivery. The delivery was right in time, to bad no one was home. The driver took the flowers back to the shop, where the owner called me to set up to make sure someone was home. Once someone was home they delivered the arrangement a second time with no extra charge. Hard to find a company now a days to go out of their way to complete a sale. I would highly recommend The Enchanted Florist for all you flower needs

i'm updating my review because the Enchanted Florist made everything right. 5 stars for a quick delivery and 5 stars for making things right. My friend received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I would buy flowers from them again!
