I made two recent orders for my daughter's birthday. On two different days to surprise her. One for work and one for her home. Both were promptly and carefully delivered within the timeline I requested. I received pictures and all is beautiful and as pictured and described. I am so pleased and delighted that you could provide the extra special things to help me feel a little bit closer to family across the miles. Thank you so much. I will order again indeed. Linda

Really liked receiving the picture of the flowers just before they were to be delivered. However, the floral bouquet was not quite as marketed on the website. I expected to see more roses and a more colorful bouquet. Service, as always, is friendly over the phone and the process to order on-line is very efficient.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
