I made two recent orders for my daughter's birthday. On two different days to surprise her. One for work and one for her home. Both were promptly and carefully delivered within the timeline I requested. I received pictures and all is beautiful and as pictured and described. Really liked receiving the picture of the flowers just before they were to be delivered. However, the floral bouquet was not quite as marketed on the website. I expected to see more roses and a more colorful bouquet. Service, as always, is friendly over the phone and the process to order on-line is very efficient.
