I can say “Wow” to this outstanding florist! My family member was hospitalized for a lengthy period of time so I wanted to send an arrangement she would love to welcome her back home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience…The arrangement that was advertised was exactly as pictured and delivered promptly the next day in perfect condition, exactly what I had ordered online late at night. I am impressed! So thank you Enchanted Florist for a fabulous arrangement and two very happy and satisfied customers! 100% recommend! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for sharing this - we're truly glad the arrangement arrived exactly as hoped and helped brighten your family member's return home. It means a lot to us. We appreciate your recommendation and are happy to have made two customers smile.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
